Even though I wouldn’t classify my style as romantic and feminine, I couldn’t resist sporting this DVF little black dress (LBD). As someone who has difficulty finding dresses, this billowing high/low skirt at the bottom proves to be extremely helpful. The dress is about 36 1/2″ long in the front and 41″ in the back (as taken from a size 8 measurement). So, tall girls, I’ve added some dresses in this post that are at least 35″ long, and I hope that will be helpful!
For reference, I’m 5’9 and wearing a size 0 (although these dresses run larger than normal). Since sizes vary with different designers, fabrics, and stores, I would take this measurement with a grain of salt. This sizing definitely does not apply to all my other outfits. Another part of this dress that I really appreciate is the form-fitting, defined waist. Usually, I have a lot of difficulty finding dresses that fall appropriately on my waistline (normally the waistline falls on the upper part of my stomach or chest and it’s v awkward). However, I believe this LBD is super flattering because of this fit, and I am so grateful to finally have found a dress like this! While this dress does not come in other colors (unfortunately), you’ll find a list of similarly styled A-line dresses and diverse silhouettes below!
